Privacy policy

This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. The only data collected is what you write in the contact form.

Data controller

The contact form

• Data: your name, your email address and your message.
• Purpose: to reply to you, and to prepare a possible collaboration.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Recipient: Nathan Jamin only. The data is neither sold nor passed on.
• Processors: Scaleway, which hosts the site and delivers the message by email, in France; Google (Gmail), where I receive and keep messages, with possible transfers outside the European Union covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention: three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Technical logs

The server records the IP address and the page requested on each visit, for the site's security. These logs are deleted after fourteen days. To limit abuse of the form, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for two hours at most.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction or portability. Write to me at nathan.jamin [at] gmail.com or through the contact form: I reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
